While many said the market was protracted and dead and we may see 6 or more months of no or little activity I was elated to get a result in the form of a positive sale within the 4 week target program. I would like to report a successful sale of my property through L.J. Hooker Labrador. The agent that handled the sale was Danny Malone. I found Danny to be highly professional and always reliable. He communicated with me regularly as promised and also eventually achieved a fair price for my property.
My property was an investment unit and the Property Rental was Veronica Hanson. Veronica managed the property for 2 years during that time she was highly professional and always returned my calls and was available as needed.
I thought you would appreciate the feedback about these 2 employees of L.J. Hooker Labrador. In future I will certainly consider giving my custom and repeat business to this L.J. Hooker office.
